After living in Northern Virginia for 40 years, I have vast knowledge of not only Fairfax County but of Loudoun and Prince William County as well. My 10 years of experience as a Realtor, Property Manager, and my commitment to continuous education gives me the expertise to guide my clients through the nuances of the Northern Virginia housing market and assist in all segments of Real Estate.

One of the things I enjoy most in my profession is helping sellers update their homes in the most cost-effective way to ensure they have a successful sale of their home. My experience with property management and remodeling gives me the edge as a listing agent. With my Buyer clients, I enjoy visiting properties with them to evaluate the home’s overall condition and value based on comparable homes and possible repairs needed. I very much enjoy the art of negotiations as well.
